Some of our most popular items are our unique Louisiana style sugar kettles. Sugar kettles were used in 19th-century plantations where sugar cane was placed in these large iron pots and cooked down to produce sugar. They could withstand the heat and could produce large amounts of food for the plantation occupants. Over time, the kettles were no longer needed for cooking so other uses were found. We were able to obtain some of these antique treasures and have them reproduced. We offer them to our customers in sizes ranging from 2' to 7' in both cast iron and fiberglass compositions. Our customers use them for planters, water fountains, gardens, and even fire pits (iron only). However you choose to use your sugar kettle, it will enhance the beauty of your yard!
