Vincent Thibodeaux was born Pennsylvania in 1974. After graduating from culinary school in Pittsburg, he moved to New Orleans to learn the culinary ways of his ancestry. He worked many places in New Orleans, from making the red beans at Arnaud's, to baking in the city's original po-boy bread factory, Leidenheimer. In 1999 Vincent decided to quit cooking and start painting on a full time basis. He worked for a few years in Jackson Square and now sells his unique art to collectors in Louisiana and across the country. Brian's is proud to have Vincent's work in our store.
